Do you owe child support? Are you supposed to receive a child support payment from your former spouse every month? If you find yourself dealing with either side of this arrangement, it is important to know your rights as well as what is expected of you.

Nobody dreams of the day when they have to make or receive child support payments, but this is a situation with which many people must cope.
